  • Q: For how long you have been in Real Estate and for how long you provide brokerage services?

    A: I became licensed in 2003. After working for 1 year for one of the Palm Coast Real Estate firms I passed exam for my Broker’s License and opened my own company. Since 2004 I have been serving as Broker and provide brokerage services.
  • Q: How easy you can be reached?

    A: I am always available via text, email or phone call whatever is easier for you.
  • Q: How do I get paid?

    A: Same day! 24 hours prior your closing simply upload required fully executed documents into my Company server and let me know. Once Title Company confirms that file is closed, will get paid direct deposit into your bank account. You don't need to drive and chase your check. Invest this time into something else!
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: No, I don’t compete with my Agents. I am fully involved in Company management and proving brokerage services.
  • Q: Do I have to sign the contract?

    A: Yes, you will have to sign Independent Contract Agreement where all the conditions will be outlined. However, this Contract may be terminated by any party at any time.
  • Q: How often can I switch plans?

    A: You can change your program once a year with 30 day’s notice.
  • Q: Do you carry Error and Omission Insurance?

    A: Yes, I do.
  • Q: Do we have to do floor time?

    A: No, I truly believe that Agents can invest their time into something more enjoyable and profitable that spending time in the office and answering phone calls.
  • Q: What happens to my Listing and Pending Sales if I decide to leave Everest Realty Group?

    A: Active Listings belong to you, Agent, and will be released to your new employer. Pending Sales will be closed under ERG and you will get paid as per our Contract.

    A: We are members of three regional boards:
    • Flagler County Association of Realtors
    • NEFAR
    • RAPB
